Tickets reduced in price for one day
OneRepublic fans
concerned about the OneRepublic’s $20 ticket price breathed a sigh of relief Thursday.
On Thursday, CAB offered a promotion that saw $5 tickets sold after chapel until 10 a.m. in the student center. From 10 a.m. until noon, tickets were sold for $10. Tickets cost $15 from noon to 3 p.m. Tickets returned to the regular $20 price after 3 p.m.
Sophomore Sarah Fisher got in on the deal right after chapel to make sure she got her OneRepublic tickets for $5.
“I couldn’t afford tickets and now I get to go,” Fisher said. “It’s a great idea.”
Junior political science major Jessica Klein also took advantage of the $5 tickets but her brother didn’t get in on the sale.
“I loved the discounted tickets promotion,” Klein said. “My brother bought full price tickets for himself and his fiancé. He was very jealous that I only paid $5. “
